As I told you before, I got some products from a company called Arbonne to review. Today I’m going to review their Energy Fizz Sticks in two flavors: Citrus and Pomegranate.
High-energy fizz sticks help promote alertness and enhance cognitive performance and also help promote endurance and enhance motor performance. Contains antioxidants. Contains an adaptogenic blend combined with B vitamins and chromium to help boost energy. These statements have not been reviewed by evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It comes in tablets or sticks Price: $32.00 (20 tablets or sticks)
Recommended for: Helping to provide a boost of energy.
Key Ingredients: green tea, ginseng, guarana, taurine, rhodiola
1) Add 1 stick pack to 8 oz. of water and stir. Do not pour into a full water bottle as fizzing could cause an overflow. If necessary, remove several ounces then add contents of stick pack.
2) Allow powder to completely dissolve and enjoy.
3) Once dissolved, add ice or refrigerate for a refreshing drink.
4) Enjoy 2–3 times per day when you feel tired.
I tried the two drinks on different days and different scenarios. I tried Citrus for a long day of study. As you know, I’m a medical student and my day consists of long days of studying. I drank the drink really cold at 10am in the morning and started studying. I can definitely say this got me going trough the day and gave me tons of energy and concentration. The flavor was ok. It tasted like Kool-Aid for me. It wasn’t extremely good or bad. I have tried lots of energy drinks because my profession and the flavor is not bad as others. Two days after, I tried Pomegranate for the gym. I can say it also gave me energy and the flavor was ok, like Citrus. For me it tasted like a melted starburst.
I recommend this Energy Fizz Stick for long days of studying, working or just a day in the gym to enhance performance. Also I think its really good for stay home moms that need a little extra boost to do the house chores and attend the kids.
